Sick Ward

We've got it again, bad head colds. Truitt started with it Sunday evening, and sure enough, I woke up yesterday with a sore throat, stuffy nose and cough. Truitt had had a fever on and off and loss of appetite Monday and Tuesday, but seems to be feeling slightly better today. I felt worse today, so hopefully by tomorrow I will feeling well enough to attend our families Thanksgiving get togethers.

Greg is feeling great. Lucky him!

He was a wonderful husband, as always, and put up our outdoor Christmas lights a few nights ago. He was out working on them for quite a while in the cold, but it sure payed off. The lights look great! Thanks Greg :)



This evening we ventured out to Target, where else, to grab some very important things like tissues, nasal spray and a warm steam humidifier. Truitt got his first pair of tennis shoes, and they are soooo cute! He had a great time trying them on. He had to make sure he could jump in them, of course. That's his new favorite past time. He approved, and so did we. They look pretty comfy and cute on his little feet.



It was so nice to get out of the house after being stuck inside for two days straight. Truitt was pretty sleepy when we left the store, and slept the whole way home. He even slept through Greg carrying his infant seat into the house. He looked so sweet. Hopefully we will both be feeling better soon!

Oh, and don't eat too much tomorrow! Unless your pregnant of course, then you have an excuse :)
