Saturday Fun

On Saturday, Truitt and I picked up my grandmother and headed to my mom and dad's to bake cookies. One of my favorite things to do around the holidays is bake cut-out cookies and decorate them. My dad was the master cookie baker, while us girls played with Truitt and found frosting recipes. It was the first of many cookie baking get togethers we will have this year. There is just nothing like spending time with family at Christmas time!

Truitt had his first taste of Christmas cookies, and it is fair to say he LOVES them! He did a great job chewing up the small pieces of cookie we gave him. Amazing how hard he will work to eat something so yummy:)



We will work on him chewing with his mouth closed next! Ha!
